Job summary

Kuehne+Nagel is seeking a Global Air Logistics Training Expert to design, develop, and deliver impactful learning solutions that support healthcare and pharmaceutical logistics operations worldwide. Working closely with healthcare, quality, operations, and product specialists, you will translate complex regulatory and operational requirements into engaging training experiences.

Through innovative learning programs, you will help colleagues across our global Air Logistics organization transport

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of healthcare and pharmaceutical logistics operations.
• Understanding of GxP principles and pharmaceutical compliance requirements.
• Knowledge of IATA regulations and air freight operations.
• Experience within air logistics, freight forwarding, healthcare logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Experience creating training materials, e-learning content, or learning programs.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, with confidence delivering training to diverse audiences.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills with a structured and self-driven approach.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a global and cross-functional environment.

• Create engaging e-learning content using modern digital learning technologies and platforms.
• Deliver webinars, virtual classrooms, workshops, and blended learning solutions.
• Translate operational, quality, and regulatory requirements into practical and user-friendly learning experiences.
• Partner with healthcare, quality, product, and operations experts to identify learning needs and develop relevant solutions.
• Support healthcare audits by ensuring training materials remain aligned with current regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Monitor learning effectiveness through feedback, analytics, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to the ongoing development of healthcare expertise across Kuehne+Nagel's Air Logistics network.
