World Organisation for Animal Health (WOAH) in Paris seeks an Administrative Officer for the Emergency Preparedness and Resilience Department (EPRD). You will coordinate daily administrative activities, manage contracts and knowledge management, and support meetings and events, both face-to-face and online.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in administration or related field.
• At least 3 years of administrative assistance experience with international exposure.
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook).
• Proficiency with videoconference/webinar platforms (Zoom, MS Teams, Webex).
• Excellent written and spoken English; knowledge of a second WOAH official language (French or Spanish) desirable.
• Interpersonal, precise and autonomous work style in a multicultural environment.

Responsabilités

• Manage administrative components of EPRD projects including contracts and sub-grants; support process improvement.
• Coordinate logistics for meetings and events, including remote setups and interpretation.
• Prepare, proofread and format technical documents and background papers; coordinate external service providers.
• Support knowledge management, data collection for performance indicators and CRM/database updates.
