Job summary

OPmobility is seeking a GLOBAL FINANCES ACCOUNTING MANAGER - STANDARDS to lead IFRS and French GAAP policy development across the Group. You will drive policy implementation, coordinate with consolidation, BG Finance, Tax, and ESG teams, and provide technical guidance on complex transactions.

You will also oversee CSRD/taxonomy reporting and support external auditors, building technical expertise and ensuring consistent policy application across all entities in a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in accounting standards or financial reporting in multinational environments.
• Expertise in IFRS; knowledge of French GAAP is required.
• Experience preparing or reviewing technical accounting papers for complex transactions.
• Big 4 audit or advisory background highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop, document, and maintain accounting policies aligned with IFRS and French GAAP.
• Monitor IFRS developments and adapt Group policies accordingly.
• Represent OPmobility in industry groups and with auditors on accounting matters.
• Provide expert technical advice on complex accounting topics and major transactions.
• Support audit processes with high-quality documentation and formal position papers.
• Ensure consistent application of policies across the Group with cross-functional teams.
• Lead CSRD/taxonomy reporting alignment with ESG and Consolidation teams.
• Collaborate on statutory and IFRS reporting across country clusters.
