GitGuardian is looking for an experienced financial leader to take charge of accounting, tax, and compliance for operations in France and the US. You will be primarily responsible for designing financial structures, managing group consolidation, and ensuring compliance with local and international tax regulations.

The ideal candidate should have at least 7 years of relevant experience along with a Master's degree in accounting or finance. Fluency in English is essential, and knowledge of French is a plus. Leadership skills are critical as you will also manage and grow the accounting team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in accounting or finance (DSCG/DEC is a strong plus).
• Fluency in English, ideally also in French.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in accounting.

Responsabilités

• Own the accounting, tax and compliance of a group operating from France and the US.
• Design and run the group consolidation process.
• Ensure compliance with French and US tax laws.
