As part of its international development, Newrest is recruiting its future Global Account Manager to strengthen the in-flight sales team, at the group headquarters.

You will join the Group as Global Account Manager and will quickly evolve under the responsibility of the Vice President Sales Group to provide to our customer the best possible experience.

MISSIONS :

Reporting to the VP Sales Group, your role is to ensure excellent customer satisfaction and an optimum level of commercial development to guarantee Newrest's sales expectations.

Your role within the team :

  1. Establish with managers, commercial proposals with responses to tenders (technical, financial, legal and human aspects).
  2. Negotiate and conclude new contracts.
  3. Ensure the retention of current contracts.
  4. Manage the Quality reporting.
  5. Ensure the exchange of information between countries.
  6. Follow up on the sales action plans of each country.
  7. Collaborate in the creation of the countries air catering budgets in accordance with the Group's strategy.
  8. Communicate and coordinate between customers / countries:
    1. Visits.
    2. Start-up support.
    3. Follow-up of key stages in the life of the contract (compliance, CPI, demos deadlines, tender, audits…).
    4. Participate and follow-up of pricing & contract negotiations.
    5. Perform monitoring by customer / country (Quality, Delays, Food tests, Inventories, Stopover visits, Billing / Payments).
    6. Take part of the commercial strategic approach.

Perfil

  1. 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position.
  2. Proven experience in commercial operations or customer services positions in a B to B environment.
  3. A previous experience in the catering, in-flight companies, hotel or logistics sector, in an international context, is appreciated.
  4. You are familiar with client satisfaction and results oriented.
  5. Multi-cultural teams’ management.
  6. You are used to work in an international environment, looking for a challenging position in a growing company.
