Description du poste

The Strategic Account Manager partners with our customers to secure their entire digital experience. You are motivated by the desire to solve critical challenges facing our customers' secure environment, connecting them with solutions at every stage of threat prevention. This role significantly drives company revenue and growth, leading and driving new engagements within our largest revenue-generating clients. As an experienced and dynamic sales professional, you will lead sales engagements and foster strong client relationships.

Your Impact
  • Own revenue expansion within Palo Alto Networks' largest clients
  • Drive and orchestrate complex sales cycles, collaborating with internal teams to serve customers effectively
  • Utilize your consultative selling experience to identify business challenges and craft tailored solutions
  • Understand the competitive landscape and customer needs to position our solutions effectively
  • Create clear goals and accurate forecasts by developing detailed territory plans
  • Leverage customer stories to craft compelling value propositions with insights specific to each account
  • Stay informed on industry news and trends impacting our products and services
  • Travel within your territory and to company meetings as necessary
Qualifications: Your Experience
  • Experience and knowledge of SaaS-based architectures, preferably in networking and/or security industries; SASE experience is a plus
  • Proven success in selling complex solutions using value-based and consultative sales techniques
  • Technical aptitude to understand how technology solutions address business problems
  • Ability to analyze problems, review data, identify root causes, and develop scalable solutions
  • Experience cultivating relationships with channel partners for a channel-centric go-to-market approach
  • Deep understanding of the full sales cycle and structured sales process
  • Holistic problem-solving skills considering complex interrelationships and outcomes
  • Excellent time management, autonomy, and self-direction
  • Fluent in English and French
