The Strategic Account Manager partners with our customers to secure their entire digital experience. You're motivated by the desire to solve critical challenges facing our customers' secure environment, connecting them with solutions for every stage of threat prevention. This role significantly drives company revenue and growth. You will lead and drive new engagements within our largest revenue-generating clients. As an experienced and dynamic sales professional, you will oversee sales engagements and develop strategic relationships.

Your Impact

  • Own revenue expansion within Palo Alto Networks' largest clients.
  • Drive and orchestrate complex sales cycles, collaborating with internal teams to serve customers effectively.
  • Utilize your consultative selling experience to identify business challenges and craft tailored solutions.
  • Understand the competitive landscape and customer needs to position our solutions effectively.
  • Create clear goals and accurate forecasts by developing detailed territory plans.
  • Leverage customer stories to articulate compelling value propositions.
  • Stay informed on industry news and trends affecting our products and services.
  • Travel within your territory and to company meetings as needed.

Qualifications & Your Experience

  • Experience with SaaS architectures, preferably in networking and security, with a focus on SASE technology.
  • Proven success in selling complex solutions using value-based and consultative sales techniques.
  • Strong technical understanding of how technology solutions address business problems.
  • Ability to analyze problems, review data, identify root causes, and develop scalable solutions.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with channel partners and adopt a channel-centric go-to-market approach.
  • Deep knowledge of the full sales cycle and structured sales processes.
  • Holistic problem-solving skills, considering complex interrelationships and outcomes.
  • Excellent time management skills with high autonomy and self-direction.
  • Fluency in English and French.
