Vous aurez la responsabilité de vérifier la conformité de l'état, de gérer des devis de maintenance et d'effectuer des visites périodiques. Le candidat idéal possède une formation en construction ou immobilier, avec un bon sens du service et des compétences en communication.

Description

Under the authority of the Director and Property Manager, within the management team, your mission will be to support the technical and maintenance manager of the estate.

You will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Ensuring the compliance of the estate (monitoring regulatory controls and maintenance, prevention plans, resolving reservations);
• Monitoring the maintenance and upkeep of buildings;
• Drafting and following up on maintenance calls and comparative quotes, drafting market contracts and technical clauses;
• Periodic visits to assets with report preparation (requests for interventions, notable events, ongoing works...);
• Carrying out condition assessments and cost estimates for restoration works;
• Reporting and monitoring insurance claims;
• Financial monitoring of works and mission costs of service providers;
• Regulatory and normative watch.

Profile sought

First experience in site management (real estate management, maintenance, works). Higher education BAC +2/3 in construction or real estate, considering a BAC+4/BAC+5 training.

• Reactivity and prioritization skills.

Terms

• Apprenticeship contract for 12 or 24 months;
• 35 hours per week;
• Salary including apprenticeship contract + health insurance + provident fund;
• Position based in La Roche-sur-Yon with possible travel nationwide;
• Valid driving license B is mandatory.
