1/ What will be your future challenges?

You will ensure quality service for our clients. Your main activities will include:

1. Participating in the processing of standard and specific files,
2. Recording management actions in the information system after verifying compliance and completeness,
3. Sending emails and follow-ups to providers to obtain missing documents or information,
4. Contributing to team life by being proactive.

2/ In what environment will you operate?

You will join the Customer Service Department, specifically a dedicated Savings Management team of 200 members under a Savings Referent, collaborating closely to serve clients holding a UFF savings contract.

3/ Are you the right person to meet this challenge?

Currently in a higher insurance education program (minimum BAC+2), you are organized, rigorous, detail-oriented, and enjoy teamwork. You have a strong sense of service quality and are eager to learn. If you are dynamic and motivated, this position is for you. Do not hesitate to contact us.
