Job Description:

Located in Joinville-le-Pont, a city with a rich natural environment and a diverse community, the Human Resources Department is seeking a skilled professional to manage recruitment processes and administrative personnel management.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Organize the recruitment process including defining needs, drafting and publishing job offers, managing applications, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
  2. Support administrative HR tasks such as managing personnel files, verifying eligibility for awards, and supporting HR events.
  3. Provide logistical support for various events and handle initial HR inquiries in the absence of the HR assistant.

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time position (38 hours/week) with RTT days.
  • Salary according to statutory regulations, including bonuses and benefits.

  • Location: Hôtel de Ville, 23 rue de Paris, Joinville-le-Pont.

Candidate Profile:

Ideal candidates will have a BAC +2 diploma, proven experience in HR administrative management, and knowledge of public service recruitment regulations. Skills in office software, interview techniques, and organizational skills are essential. Candidates should demonstrate discretion, teamwork, and communication skills.
