Qualifications

• Contribuer à la gestion des flux de marchandises.

Logistics Team Leader

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the management of goods flows through effective warehouse organization and management, ensuring compliance with cost, quality, safety, and lead times to enhance customer satisfaction.

Scope of Activities:

To carry out some or all of the following activities:

• Organize the warehouse for easy traceability of goods and documents, ensuring safety instructions, storage precautions, hazardous goods regulations, and expiration dates are followed.
• Monitor inventory status and inspect received products (site-dependent).
• Verify documentation matches the goods received.
• Trigger purchase requests for effective warehouse management.
• Monitor, update, and input data into the information system.
• Optimize warehouse management processes.
• Check and enter purchase requests into the SAP system and forward for validation.
• Justify decisions to the line manager and report on material consumption issues.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas and care for equipment.
• Operate machinery requiring permits (e.g., forklift, trailer tugs).
• Handle goods entrusted by customers with care.
• Ensure timely completion and submission of all necessary documents and information.
• Immediately report issues and non-conformities to designated personnel.

Activities should be adapted for employees on work/study contracts to align with their training.
