MISSIONS

UNDER THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE HEAD LOGISTICS STOREMAN/AGENCY DIRECTOR/PURCHASING MANAGER:

1. Work organization
2. Receive the instructions for the operations to be undertaken.
3. Ensure vehicles are maintained and comply with regulations.
4. Maintain the tools and materials provided to you.

Quality, health, safety and the environment

1. Become aware of, and apply, the security and environmental preventive procedures, rules and measures (wearing of PPE, sorting of waste, etc.).
2. Report information (anomalies, best practices, etc.) and malfunctions or dangerous situations (incidents/accidents).
3. Adapt to environmental constraints (work spaces, weather, etc.).

Operational activities

1. Receive and check the equipment and materials that arrive in the warehouse.
2. Schedule, prepare and distribute or have equipment distributed (tools, hoisting equipment, PPE, etc.) on site: at workshops, at building sites, to suppliers, to sub-contractors.
3. Check the regulatory compliance of equipment/materials.
4. Track inventory and carry out the necessary inventories.
5. Check the compliance of supplies with respect to the contract and quality standards.
6. Track returns and ensure the proper condition and regulatory conformity of the equipment.
7. Control flows of goods while meeting the lead times imposed.

Communication

JOB REQUIREMENTS

REQUIRED LEVEL OF EDUCATION: CAP (certificate of vocational aptitude)/BEP (technical school certificate) Occupational diploma 2 years’ higher education

FIELDS OF STUDY: Logistics, Logistics management and transport

REQUIRED PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: -

JOB ENVIRONMENT

• INTERNAL: All employees within your scope – Head logistics storeman – Agency director – Purchasing manager
• EXTERNAL: Suppliers – Service providers

Votre profil:

Au-delà de votre formation, vous disposez impérativement d’une expérience probante sur un poste similaire, idéalement acquise dans le secteur du BTP.

Vous avez de bonnes connaissances des matériels de location de chantier et maitrisez l’outil informatique (logiciels, Excel, Word…).

Vous faites preuve de rigueur et avez un bon relationnel.
