Minimize your expenses with the expertise of our internal teams (marketing, accounting, IT, etc.). Enjoy simplified property management with reduced administrative constraints. Remain 100% independent with the status of a commercial agent. Define your rental policy (rent, arrangements, etc.) and create photo/video reports. Using LODGIS's digital tools, delegate the entire marketing process (signing mandates, online listings, tenant search and selection, contractualization). You are responsible for ongoing property management (viewings, keys & inventory reports, deposit management, client support). Oversee technical management and maintenance of properties (cleaning, repairs, contractor follow-up, boiler contracts, insurances). LODGIS supports you daily in your activity and portfolio development, helping you find properties and manage your rental business efficiently. You will receive comprehensive training and support to develop your skills, regardless of your experience level or business size.
