Stay 100% independent with the status of a commercial agent. Define your rental policy (rent, arrangements, etc.) and carry out photo/video reports. Using LODGIS's digital tools, delegate the entire marketing process to us (mandate signing, online listing, tenant search and selection, contractualization). You are responsible for ongoing property management (viewings, keys & property inspections, deposit restitution, client support). Oversee technical management and maintenance of properties (cleaning & repairs, contractor follow-ups, boiler and insurance contracts). LODGIS supports your daily activities and portfolio development:

• Assist in property search and management of your furnished rental management activity.
• Provide tools and resources to become an expert in furnished rental management.

If you have previous experience in property management or in an agency or hospitality, or have started your own management activity, you are well suited.
