Job Description:

Minimize your costs by leveraging the expertise of our internal teams (marketing, accounting, IT, etc.). Enjoy simplified property management with reduced administrative constraints. Remain 100% independent with the status of a commercial agent. Define your rental policy (rent, amenities, etc.) and produce photos/videos reports. Using LODGIS's digital tools, delegate the entire marketing process (mandate signing, online listing, tenant search, selection, and contractualization, rent collection). You are responsible for ongoing property management (viewings, keys & property condition reports, deposit refunds, client support). Oversee technical management and maintenance of properties (cleaning, repairs, contractor follow-ups, boiler contracts, insurance). LODGIS supports you daily in your activities and portfolio development, including assistance in property sourcing and management, providing tools to become an expert in furnished rental management. If you have prior experience in property management, especially within an agency or hospitality, or have started your own rental management business, you are a good fit.
