Qualifications

• Expérience en gestion d'entrepôt requise.
• Connaissance des produits de plomberie et/ou HVAC est un atout.
• Capacité à soulever jusqu'à 50 livres.

Responsabilités

• Diriger et guider l'équipe de l'entrepôt pour deux quarts (soir et nuit).
• Assurer que toutes les normes de sécurité de l'entrepôt sont respectées.
• Coordonner avec différents départements pour assurer la livraison à temps.

What you will do

• Lead and guide the warehouse team for two shifts (evening and night)
• Hold team members accountable
• Ensure all warehouse safety standards are met
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of materials to customers
• Communicate with freight companies and internal/external customers to prioritize shipments
• Ensure safety and maintenance procedures are followed in the shipping area

What you will bring

• Previous warehouse management experience required
• Knowledge of industry products (plumbing and/or HVAC) is an asset
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, required
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Dependable and proactive
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification
• WHMIS and TMD certification would be an asset
