In your duties, you will be called upon to:

  • Manage quality projects to meet specific standards and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Implement innovative solutions to improve quality processes
  • Support projects by influencing and facilitating communication with stakeholders
  • Promote a quality culture throughout the company as an agent of change
  • Investigate and support the team in solving complex supplier quality issues
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and problem solving
  • Manage priorities aligned with objectives
  • Synthesize complex situations for presentation to management
  • Communicate and work with diverse cultures across countries

As the ideal candidate,

  • You hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or DEC in Engineering or Aeronautics with 5-8 years of relevant experience. PMP certification or project management experience is a plus.
  • You are bilingual
  • You have strong experience in continuous improvement and problem solving
  • You can work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • You possess analytical skills and effective problem-solving abilities
  • You demonstrate leadership, autonomy, and teamwork skills
  • You can travel occasionally
  • You are flexible and adaptable to different time zones
  • You have a logical, flexible mind, with initiative and attention to detail
  • You maintain an efficient work organization
  • You can synthesize and document information effectively
  • You are proficient with Microsoft and/or Google systems
