Une entreprise dynamique et humaine recherche un(e) alternant(e) en gestion de paie à Metz. Vous rejoindrez une équipe passionnée, où vous apprendrez à gérer les paies et les déclarations sociales tout en étant encadré par un tuteur. Ce poste vous offre l'opportunité de développer vos compétences en ressources humaines et de bénéficier d'un accompagnement personnalisé. Nous Recrutons Un(e) Alternant(e) En Gestion De Paie Pour Notre Établissement Situé à Metz. Dans Le Cadre De Cette Alternance, Vous Intégrerez Une Équipe De Plusieurs Collaborateurs, Et Encadré Par Votre Tuteur, Vous Aurez Essentiellement Pour Missions

• Assurer la gestion des paies et des déclarations sociales en collaboration avec votre équipe,
• Assurer le suivi administratif relatif à la gestion du personnel, de l'entrée du salarié dans l'entreprise (déclarations d'embauche, contrats de travail…) à sa sortie (attestations, soldes de tout compte…),
• Délivrer des informations et des conseils appropriés en matière/législation sociale (conventions collectives, rupture du contrat de travail, aides à l'embauche...)

À la rentrée, vous intégrez une formation en gestion de paie, ou en RH, et vous maîtrisez les outils bureautiques. Une première expérience dans un cabinet comptable (stage ou autre) serait un plus.
