Job environment

Line manager: Logistics Team Leader

Responsibilities: Contribute to managing goods flows through effective warehouse organization, ensuring compliance with cost, quality, safety, and lead time standards, thereby enhancing customer satisfaction.

Scope of Activities

Activities include:

• Organize the warehouse for easy traceability of goods and documents, adhering to safety instructions, storage precautions, hazardous goods regulations, and expiration dates.
• Monitor inventory status and inspect received products.
• Verify documents against goods.
• Conduct IQAM checks (Identification, Quantity, Aspect & Marking).
• Trigger purchase requests for effective warehouse management.
• Update and maintain data in the information system.
• Optimize warehouse operations.
• Process purchase requests in SAP and forward for validation.
• Report on material consumption issues and justify decisions to the line manager.
• Maintain cleanliness and care for equipment.
• Operate machinery with required permits (forklift, trailers, etc.).
• Handle goods with care and ensure timely completion of all documentation.
• Report issues and non-conformities immediately.
