Job Scope

  • Participate in Vigilance and Medical Information activities under the responsibility of the Medical Vigilance and Information Manager.
  • Participate in product quality complaint activities and sample follow-up with the Regulatory Affairs and Quality Pharmacist.

Key Responsibilities

The vigilance and medical information data manager handles the entries of vigilance cases, medical information requests, and product quality complaints for GALDERMA Operations France.

Vigilance

Participates with the medical vigilance and information manager in the following activities:

  • Manages the vigilance system, including recording, data entry, additional information requests, archiving, and centralization of information related to adverse effects possibly linked to a medication or product, including misuse, overdose, or medication abuse.
  • Ensures compliance with regulatory obligations concerning pharmacovigilance, materials vigilance, and cosmetovigilance.
  • Medical Information

    Collaborates with the medical vigilance and information manager to organize the medical questions management system:

  • Identifies and transfers received requests.
  • Participates in monitoring subcontractors.
  • Contributes to updating standard questions for GALDERMA products.
  • Quality

    • Works with the Regulatory Affairs and Quality Pharmacist on activities such as:
    • Identifies, records, and processes product quality complaints received.
    • Monitors and archives sample requests from workshops.

    Recruitment Profile:
