Job Scope

• Participate in Vigilance and Medical Information activities under the responsibility of the Medical Vigilance and Information Manager.
• Participate in product quality complaint activities and sample follow-up with the Regulatory Affairs and Quality Pharmacist.

Key Responsibilities

The vigilance and medical information data manager handles entries of vigilance cases, medical information requests, and product quality complaints for GALDERMA Operations France.

Vigilance

• Manage the vigilance system, including recording, data entry, requests for additional information, archiving, and centralization of information related to adverse effects possibly caused by a medication or product, including misuse, overdose, or medication abuse.
• Ensure compliance with pharmacovigilance, materiovigilance, and cosmetovigilance regulations.

Medical Information

• Assist in organizing the medical questions management system.
• Identify and transfer received requests.
• Follow up with subcontractors and update standard questions for GALDERMA products.

Quality

• Assist the Regulatory Affairs and Quality Pharmacist in handling product quality complaints: identify, record, and process received complaints.
• Track and archive sample requests from workshops.
