ATALANTE CONSULTING, a recruitment firm specializing in real estate, is hiring for its client, a Property Manager:

• Experienced Co-Ownership Manager or Confirmed Property Manager
• Location: Hauts-de-Seine (92)
• Under the supervision of the Property Director, managing a portfolio of buildings with assistance from an assistant and an accountant.

Responsibilities of the Experienced Property Manager (H/F):

• Administrative, Technical, Legal, and Commercial management
• Preparing convocations for syndic councils and conducting meetings
• Validating the provisional budget
• Preparing Agenda for General Assemblies
• Drafting minutes of meetings (handled by the assistant the next day)
• Implementing decisions made at General Assemblies
• Handling claims and insurance issues
• Managing work projects: orders of work, insurances, site meetings, quotes, and follow-up
• Managing disputes: preparing and following up on files
• Verifying and coding invoices
• Acting as the main contact for co-owners, suppliers, architects, experts, and lawyers
• Regular visits to the buildings

Candidate Profile:

• Educational background in real estate (ICH-ESPI-BTS in real estate professions)
• Minimum 7 years of experience as a property manager within a property management company
• Long-term commitment to the company
• Autonomous, motivated, dedicated, and organized
• Excellent interpersonal skills and trustworthy
• Efficient and responsive
