Le candidat gérera un portefeuille de 44 bâtiments sous la supervision d'un directeur, prenant en charge la gestion administrative et financière, les réunions de copropriété, ainsi que les aspects juridiques liés aux litiges.

Qualifications

  • Expérience de 5-7 ans en gestion de co-propriété.
  • Solides connaissances en droit de la co-propriété et droit civil.
  • Compétences en comptabilité et gestion immobilière.

Responsabilités

  • Gérer les tâches administratives, financières et comptables pour 44 bâtiments.
  • Préparer et gérer les conseils syndicaux et réunions générales.
  • Suivre les flux de trésorerie et paiements des fournisseurs.

Job Description:

ATALANTE CONSULTING, a recruitment firm specialized in real estate, is seeking a CONFIRMED PROPERTY MANAGER (F/H) for one of its clients, an independent firm in property management, co-ownership syndic, property administrator, rental management, and real estate transactions.

Under the supervision of the Property Director and part of the co-ownership team, you will manage administrative, legal, and financial tasks for a portfolio of 44 buildings/lots with a senior co-ownership assistant.

The portfolio has been managed by the same manager (retirement upcoming).

Your responsibilities include:

  • Handling administrative, financial, and accounting tasks: budget preparation and control, cash flow management, account verification, and debt collection procedures.
  • Preparing and managing general meetings, syndic councils, and drafting minutes.
  • Managing decisions and their implementation.
  • Monitoring co-ownership cash flow and accounting, expense allocation, vendor payments, in collaboration with the property accountant.
  • Sending work orders and requesting quotes.
  • Managing claims and liaising with insurers.
  • Handling disputes with the legal department.
  • Managing phone inquiries and invoice coding.

Qualifications:

  • Bac +2 in real estate professions (BTS), or Bac +3/5 with law or management degree plus professional master's in real estate, or specialized schools in real estate management.
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in co-ownership management within a property management firm.
  • Strong legal knowledge, especially in co-ownership law, civil law, and taxation. Solid accounting and real estate management skills.
  • Competent, dynamic, rigorous, organized, and autonomous.
