The City of Annecy's Evaluation and Performance Department, comprising 12 agents, is seeking a full-time Management Controller / Management Officer (H/F) within the Performance Steering Service. The position is open to both civil servants and contractual staff, with a contract duration of up to one year, renewable up to a total of two years.
Reporting to the Deputy Director, you will ensure data reliability and provide preliminary management control work. You will contribute to fostering a management culture within the community, including engaging with various services. Your main tasks include data collection, validation, cost calculation methods, analysis, and drafting summary notes. You will also monitor external partner funding and propose optimizations.
Work conditions include adherence to ethical principles applicable to public agents, neutrality, and location at Villa Fauré in Annecy le Vieux.
