Qualifications

• Expérience préalable en gestion locative, de préférence dans une agence immobilière ou l'hospitalité.
• Capacité à utiliser des outils numériques pour la gestion de locations.

Responsabilités

• Définir les politiques de location et créer des rapports photo/vidéo.
• Gérer les activités locatives en cours, y compris visites et rapports d'état.
• Surveiller la gestion technique et l'entretien des propriétés.

Gestionnaire Contrats Locatifs F/H, Marseille

Location: Marseille, France

Responsibilities include:

1. Defining rental policies (rent, arrangements, etc.) and creating photo/video reports.
2. Using LODGIS's digital tools to delegate the entire marketing process (mandate signing, online listing, tenant search, selection, and contractualization).
3. Managing ongoing rental activities (viewings, keys & condition reports, security deposit restitution, customer support).
4. Overseeing technical management and maintenance (cleaning, repairs, contractor follow-ups, boiler contracts, insurance).
