Job Description:

Minimize your charges by leveraging the expertise of our internal teams (marketing, accounting, IT, etc.). Enjoy simplified property management with reduced administrative constraints. Stay 100% independent with the status of a commercial agent.

You set the rental policy (rent, arrangements, etc.) and handle photo/video reporting.

Using LODGIS's digital tools, delegate the entire marketing process to us (mandate signing, online listing, tenant search and selection, contractualization, rent collection).

You are responsible for ongoing property management (viewings, keys & condition reports, deposit refunds, client support).

Manage technical maintenance and upkeep of properties (cleaning & repairs, contractor follow-up, boiler contracts, insurance).

LODGIS supports you daily in your activities and portfolio development:

  • Assist in property acquisition and management of your furnished rental management activity.
  • Provide tools and strategies to become an expert in furnished rental management.

If you have experience in property management, especially within an agency or hospitality, or have started your own management activity, this opportunity is for you.
