Le rôle inclut la gestion du service client, des visites, et la mise en place de contrats, tout en bénéficiant d'un soutien technique et d'outils numériques innovants. Qualifications

• Expérience antérieure en gestion de propriété, idéalement dans une agence immobilière ou l'hôtellerie.
• Capacité à gérer des visites, des dépôts de garantie et des services clients.

Responsabilités

• Gestion quotidienne des propriétés (visites, inspections des propriétés).
• Supervision de la gestion technique et de l'entretien des propriétés.
• Responsabilité de la politique locative et rapports photo/vidéo.

GESTIONNAIRE CHARGES LOCATIVES ET CONTRATS H/F, Puteaux

Location: Puteaux, France

Minimize your expenses by leveraging the expertise of our internal teams (marketing, accounting, IT, etc.). Enjoy simplified property management with reduced administrative constraints. Maintain full independence with the status of a commercial agent.

You define the rental policy (rent, arrangements, etc.) and create photo/video reports. Using LODGIS's digital tools, you delegate the entire marketing process to us (mandate signing, online listing, tenant search and selection, contractualization, and rent collection).

You are responsible for day-to-day property management (viewings, keys & property inspections, security deposit restitution, customer support). You oversee the technical management and maintenance of properties (cleaning & repairs, tracking work & artisan interventions, monitoring boiler contracts and insurance).

LODGIS supports you daily in your activity and portfolio development:
