Le candidat idéal aura une expérience en gestion immobilière et sera formé pour utiliser les outils numériques de l'entreprise. Ce rôle permet d'assumer une grande autonomie tout en bénéficiant du soutien d'une équipe d'experts. • Expérience préalable en gestion immobilière, surtout dans une agence immobilière ou hôtelière.
• Capacité à gérer des relations clients et à superviser la maintenance.
• Connaissance des outils numériques de gestion de propriété.

Responsabilités

• Gérer la location de biens immobiliers, y compris les visites et vérifications.
• Superviser la gestion technique et l'entretien des propriétés.
• Former et soutenir les nouveaux clients dans l'utilisation des outils de LODGIS.

Job Description:

Minimize your expenses by leveraging the expertise of our internal teams (marketing, accounting, IT, etc.). Enjoy simplified property management with reduced administrative constraints. Remain 100% independent with the status of a commercial agent. Define your rental policy (rent, arrangements, etc.) and conduct photo/video reporting. Using LODGIS's digital tools, delegate the entire marketing process to us (mandate signing, online listing, tenant search, selection, and contractualization, rent collection). You are responsible for ongoing property management (viewings, keys & inventory checks, deposit restitution, client support). Oversee technical management and maintenance of properties (cleaning & repairs, follow-up on works & interventions, boiler contracts, and insurance). LODGIS supports you daily in your activity and portfolio development:

• Assist in property search and management of your furnished rental management activity.
• Provide tools and leverage to become an expert in furnished rental management.

If you have previous experience in property management, especially within a real estate agency or hospitality, or have started your own property management business, this opportunity is ideal.
