Minimize your costs by leveraging the expertise of our internal teams (marketing, accounting, IT, etc.). Enjoy simplified property management with reduced administrative constraints. Remain 100% independent with the status of a commercial agent. You set the rental policy (rent, arrangements, etc.) and conduct photo/video reports. Using LODGIS's digital tools, delegate the entire marketing process (signing mandates, online listings, tenant search and selection, contracts, rent collection). You are responsible for ongoing property management (viewings, keys & condition reports, deposit management, client support). You oversee technical management and maintenance (cleaning, repairs, contractor follow-ups, boiler and insurance contracts). LODGIS supports you daily in your activities and portfolio development, helping you find properties and manage your furnished rental management business. We provide tools and expertise to become an expert in furnished rental management. If you have experience in property management, especially within a real estate agency or hospitality, or have started your own property management business, this opportunity is ideal.
