Remain 100% independent with the status of a commercial agent. You define the rental policy (rent, arrangements, etc.) and handle photo/video reports. Using LODGIS's digital tools, delegate the entire marketing process to us (mandate signing, online listing, tenant search, selection, and contractualization, rent collection). You are responsible for ongoing property management (viewings, keys & property condition reports, deposit restitution, client support). You oversee technical management and maintenance of properties (cleaning & repairs, work follow-up, contractor interventions, boiler contracts, and insurance management). LODGIS supports you daily in your activities and portfolio development, helping you find properties and manage your rental management business, especially in furnished rentals. We provide the tools and expertise to become an expert in furnished rental management. If you have prior experience in property management, especially in an agency or hospitality, or have started your own management activity, this is advantageous.
