Job Description:

Minimize your expenses by leveraging the expertise of our internal teams (marketing, accounting, IT, etc.). Enjoy simplified property management with reduced administrative burdens. Stay 100% independent with the status of a commercial agent. You set the rental policies (rent, arrangements, etc.) and handle photo/video reporting. Using LODGIS digital tools, delegate the entire marketing process to us—from signing the mandate, online listing, tenant search and selection, to contractualization and rent collection. You are responsible for ongoing property management (viewings, keys & condition reports, deposit restitution, client support). You oversee technical management and maintenance of properties (cleaning & repairs, follow-up on work & artisans, management of boiler contracts and insurances). LODGIS supports your daily activities and portfolio development:

• Assistance in property search and management of your furnished rental management activity.
• Provision of tools to become an expert in furnished rental management.

If you have prior experience in property management, especially within an real estate agency or hospitality, or have started your own rental management business, this opportunity is ideal.
