Une entreprise innovante recherche un gestionnaire de charges locatives et contrats, basé à Béziers. Dans ce rôle, vous aurez la responsabilité de la gestion de propriétés, y compris la surveillance des contrats, la maintenance et l'interaction avec les clients. Vous bénéficierez de la formation et du soutien continus pour optimiser votre activité de location meublée.

Qualifications

GESTIONNAIRE CHARGES LOCATIVES ET CONTRATS H/F, Béziers

Location: Béziers, France

Minimize your costs with the expertise of our internal teams (marketing, accounting, IT, etc.). Enjoy simplified property management with fewer administrative constraints. Remain 100% independent with the status of a commercial agent.

You define the rental policy (rent, arrangements, etc.) and create photo/video reports. Using LODGIS's digital tools, you delegate the entire marketing process to us (mandate signing, online listing, tenant search and selection, contractualization, rent collection).

You are responsible for day-to-day property management (viewings, key exchanges & property inspections, deposit management, customer support). You oversee technical management and maintenance of the properties (cleaning & repairs, follow-up on work & artisan interventions, management of boiler contracts and insurance).

LODGIS supports you daily in your activity and portfolio development:

• We assist in property sourcing and managing your furnished rental management activity.
• We provide the tools and leverage to help you become an expert in furnished rental management.
