Remain 100% independent as a commercial agent. Define your rental policy (rent, arrangements, etc.) and produce photo/video reports. Using LODGIS's digital tools, delegate the entire marketing process from A to Z (signing mandates, online listings, tenant search and selection, contractual agreements). Manage routine property management tasks (viewings, keys & property condition reports, deposit refunds, client support). Oversee technical management and maintenance of properties (cleaning, repairs, contractor follow-ups, boiler and insurance contracts). LODGIS supports your daily activities and portfolio development:

• Assistance in property search and management of your furnished rental management activity.
• Tools and resources to become an expert in furnished property management.

If you have prior experience in property management, especially in real estate agencies or hospitality, or have started your own property management business, this opportunity is ideal.
