Using LODGIS's digital tools, delegate the entire marketing process to us (signing mandates, online listings, tenant search and selection, contractualization). You are responsible for ongoing property management (viewings, keys & condition reports, deposit management, customer support). You oversee technical management and maintenance of properties (cleaning & repairs, contractor follow-up, boiler contracts, insurance). LODGIS supports you daily in your activity and portfolio development: # LODGIS assists in property sourcing and managing your rental management activity. # LODGIS provides tools to become an expert in furnished rental management. # If you have experience in rental management, especially in an agency or hospitality, or have started your own management activity, you are ideal. Benefits include creating and managing your activity with the support of digital tools and expertise in furnished rentals, simplifying property sourcing, and back-office management. You receive top-tier training and ongoing skill development support, regardless of your level or activity size. A bonus is paid upon signing each new contract. A management fee is shared between LODGIS and the partner.
