ATALANTE CONSULTING, a recruitment firm specializing in real estate, is seeking for its client, an independent real estate management company, to hire a:

PROPERTY MANAGER - COMMERCIAL/RESIDENTIAL LEASES (H/F)

CDI – Neuilly sur Seine (Porte Maillot)

Under the supervision of the Rental Management Department, you will manage a portfolio of lease properties.

• Administrative management of commercial leases
• Drafting and renewing leases
• Issuing rent and charges invoices
• Ensuring proper management of operating charges: budget preparation, provisions, allocation, and reconciliation
• Preventing rent arrears, follow-up, and implementing appropriate pre-litigation and litigation procedures
• Subscribing necessary insurances and handling claims
• Technical management of buildings, maintenance, and overseeing works

With higher education in legal or real estate fields (such as BTS PI or Bac +3/+4 in asset management, ICH), you have a proven experience of 5 to 6 years in managing commercial and residential leases.

You are dynamic, rigorous, organized, and possess strong interpersonal skills, which are essential for success in this role.

Type of employment: Full-time, Part-time, CDI

Hours: 35 per week

Salary: €40,000 to €41,000 per year
