Job Description:

Eiffage Construction integrates complementary trades such as urban development, real estate promotion, construction, maintenance, and service work. The company has a strong presence in France through its 9 regional offices, as well as in Belgium, Luxembourg, Portugal, Switzerland, and Poland.

Your profile: You hold a Bac+2/+3 degree in Human Resources, Social Law, or Payroll, with at least 3 to 5 years of experience in HR administration and some knowledge of payroll (understanding payslips).

You are dynamic, proactive, and capable of working independently. You enjoy variety in your tasks and are known for your good interpersonal skills. You can collaborate effectively with different departments across multiple sites and enjoy teamwork. Rigor and discretion are your strengths!

You are proficient with office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, SharePoint).
