Dans ce rôle, vous serez responsable de l'identification, de l'évaluation et de l'atténuation des risques non financiers, y compris les risques opérationnels et stratégiques. Vous collaborerez avec la direction pour intégrer la gestion des risques dans la planification stratégique et la prise de décision. Context

The Head of Enterprise Risk Management will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the company's risk management framework. This role involves identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks across all areas of the business, including all non-financial risks such as operational, reputational, cyber, ESG and strategic risks.

Your responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive enterprise risk management framework, including the Risk Appetite Framework and our internal limits.
  • Identify, assess, and prioritize risks across the organization by leading the New Product Approval and Risk & Control Self-Assessment processes.
  • Leading transversal strategic risk projects and preparing presentations to the Senior Management and the Board Risk Committees.
  • Design and implement innovative risk mitigation strategies and controls, including our anti-fraud framework in collaboration with Product and Data teams.
  • Collaborate with senior management to integrate risk management into strategic planning and decision-making to strengthen our risk culture and governance.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards such as DORA, operational risk reporting or Recovery Planning in close collaboration with the Compliance and Internal Control teams.
  • Lead and mentor a team of risk management professionals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in risk management.

About your profile:

  • Master’s degree in finance, risk, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in risk management within the financial services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of banking industry, risk governance, regulatory requirements and industry standards in Europe.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven leadership and team management abilities.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in risk management software and tools.
  • Professional certification in risk management (e.g., FRM, PRM, CRISC) is a plus.
