Job Description

Under the authority of the Infrastructure and Networks Manager within the Information Systems and Digital Department, the agent is responsible for managing the video surveillance camera fleet, providing assistance, configuring, and deploying IT hardware within the community.

Responsibilities / Conditions of Exercise

• Intervention and troubleshooting on the IT equipment
• Installation, management, and configuration of IT hardware: PCs, laptops, printers, scanners, etc.
• Monitoring and verifying interventions carried out by external service providers on the IT fleet
• Performing first-level interventions (receiving technical support calls, data entry in the database, planning interventions) and second-level interventions (service interventions)
• Deployment, monitoring, and management of the video surveillance camera fleet:
  • Camera configuration
  • Network equipment configuration for video
  • First-level troubleshooting
  • Support during events requiring security PC setup
  • Management of video surveillance servers
