SAP Development Team Lead - French speaking (B1 level) - France (Choose from Multiple Office Locations or work 100% Remote). Salary: Competitive Base Salary plus Benefits.

Our client, an SAP Partner, is looking for an SAP Development / Technical Team Lead to play an active role in strategic projects involving the implementation and conversion of SAP ECC6 to SAP S/4HANA. The role involves assisting and supporting technical teams, providing expertise, and focusing on operational and technical responsibilities.

The client is a forward-thinking SAP Partner with decades of experience, promoting continuous learning, training, and SAP certification across France. Their portfolio includes nearly 200 French SAP clients in sectors like Banking, Insurance, Retail, Wholesale, Engineering, Lifesciences, Construction, Aerospace, and others.

They are expanding their SAP Development team to grow their footprint and acquire new clients. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of SAP development experience, team management skills, knowledge of Agile methodologies, SAP S/4HANA environments, and B1 level French. English proficiency is A2 level. Skills in SAP BTP, Fiori, and leadership in managing ABAP, BTP, and FIORI developers are required.
