Tavrion Dynamics is seeking a driven Sales Executive to join our Barcelona team. You will acquire new business, manage the full sales cycle, and help clients grow through AI-powered advertising solutions.

Fluent German (C1) and strong English (B2) are required, with 2–3 years in B2B sales. Relocation support and health insurance are offered, along with ongoing sales training and career progression in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent German (C1) and good English (B2).
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, online advertising.
• Experience in pre-sales, lead generation, or lead qualification.
• At least 2–3 years in B2B sales or business development.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills when engaging with senior decision-makers.
• Experience using Salesforce or other CRM systems.

Responsabilités

• Identify and engage prospective clients through inbound and outbound sales activities, including cold calling, email outreach, and social selling.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline by generating new business opportunities.
• Understand customer needs and recommend tailored AI advertising solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
