As a Customer Support Specialist, you’ll handle customer inquiries and offer solutions in a professional, caring, and efficient way for international well-known brands. You’ll receive full training and ongoing support to make sure you feel confident and ready to help customers succeed.

What you’ll do:

  • Communicate with customers in German via phone, email, and chat.
  • Listen to their questions and provide helpful answers or simple troubleshooting.
  • Keep accurate records of each interaction.
  • Use internal tools and software to manage requests.
  • Ensure a positive and friendly customer experience every time.
