Velenosi&Meredith seeks a German-speaking Customer Support Advisor (Inbound) to join our international team in Sofia. You will handle inbound German calls, assist with billing, product and technical queries, and spot sales opportunities while delivering exceptional service.

Expect a rotating schedule (Mon-Sun, 09:00-22:00) with hybrid options after 4 months based on performance and KPI results. Competitive compensation with relocation and training support.

Qualifications

C2 German proficiency (spoken and written).
Minimum B1 English.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Willing to work rotating shifts (Monday-Sunday, between 09:00-22:00).
EU citizenship is required.
