Join a leading customer support team supporting a prestigious Swiss telecommunications company. You'll assist customers via inbound calls, resolve inquiries, provide product and billing support, and identify sales opportunities while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Requirements

C2 German proficiency (spoken and written)

Comfortable working rotational shifts (Monday–Sunday, between 09:00–22:00)
Willing to work on-site (hybrid option available after 4 months based on KPIs)
