Cbtalents is hiring a German-speaking Customer Support Advisor for a hybrid role in Sofia, Bulgaria. You will handle inbound customer inquiries, resolve issues, and assist with billing and product information while delivering exceptional service.

Requirements include native-level or high proficiency German (C1/C2) and English (B2+), strong communication, and the ability to learn new systems. Prior CS experience is an advantage but not required.

Qualifications

• German language proficiency at C1/C2 level (speaking, reading, writing).
• English proficiency at B2 or higher.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer support via inbound calls or channels.
• Analyze and resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
• Assist customers with administrative and technical topics, including products, services, and billing.
• Update customer information in internal systems.
• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate departments when necessary.
• Identify sales opportunities while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
