Cross Border Talents in Barcelona is seeking a German-speaking Sales Representative to identify opportunities, engage clients, and drive growth in our fast-paced international team.

You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, collaborate with internal teams, and benefit from world-class training and a relocation package including a flight to Barcelona, one month of accommodation, and private health insurance—a 39-hour week, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Fluent German (C1 level or higher) and strong English communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 6–12 months experience in digital advertising, PPC, sales, or account management.
• Outbound or cold sales experience is a strong advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
• Customer-focused mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.

What We're Looking For

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.

• Genuine interest in sales, marketing, and digital technologies.
• Valid authorization to work in Spain.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive annual salary between €24,310 and €30,000, depending on experience.
• Performance-based bonus of up to €3,000–€4,290 annually.
