German and/or English Language Recruiter

We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist with proficiency in German and/or English.

Responsibilities

  1. Actively recruiting caregivers for the elderly, seeking passionate individuals who want to bring warmth and care into the lives of our patients.
  2. Interviewing and assessing the skills of potential candidates to help us find better carers.
  3. Checking the experience of candidates during recruitment interviews to ensure the highest standard of care.
  4. Preparing documentation; accuracy is important, though accounting skills are not required.
  5. Entering and updating data in our CRM system, which we will teach you during team integration. You will also have ongoing support from team members.

Our Requirements

  • Knowledge of German or English; effective communication is essential for building relationships within an international team.
  • Experience in recruitment, sales, or call centers; excellent communication skills and an open mind are advantageous.
  • Being communicative and empathetic, representing our company's image in relations with potential caregivers.
  • High personal culture; we aim to create a professional and friendly work environment.
  • Basic skills in MS Office; technology supports our work.
