German and/or English Language Recruiter
We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist with proficiency in German and/or English.
Responsibilities
- Actively recruiting caregivers for the elderly, seeking passionate individuals who want to bring warmth and care into the lives of our patients.
- Interviewing and assessing the skills of potential candidates to help us find better carers.
- Checking the experience of candidates during recruitment interviews to ensure the highest standard of care.
- Preparing documentation; accuracy is important, though accounting skills are not required.
- Entering and updating data in our CRM system, which we will teach you during team integration. You will also have ongoing support from team members.
Our Requirements
- Knowledge of German or English; effective communication is essential for building relationships within an international team.
- Experience in recruitment, sales, or call centers; excellent communication skills and an open mind are advantageous.
- Being communicative and empathetic, representing our company's image in relations with potential caregivers.
- High personal culture; we aim to create a professional and friendly work environment.
- Basic skills in MS Office; technology supports our work.
