Q ENERGY Group is seeking a Geotechnical Engineer to focus on offshore site characterization in the wind sector. The successful candidate will manage geotechnical analyses crucial for developing foundations and mooring systems.

This role requires at least 5 years of practical experience in geotechnical engineering and a master’s degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering. The position can be based in France, with potential flexibility to work from Spain or Portugal.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in geotechnical engineering for offshore wind projects.
• Experience in bottom-fixed projects is required; experience in floating offshore wind is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of offshore geotechnical surveys and data interpretation.

Responsabilités

• Act as geotechnical focal point ensuring QA/QC of deliverables.
• Manage multi-disciplinary collaboration on foundation/cable design.
• Supervise geotechnical survey operations and contribute to R&D activities.
