LV8D Solutions LLC is seeking a GEOINT Ground Systems Thread Engineer to integrate mission threads from tasking to dissemination. You will baseline capabilities, shape architecture, and ensure readiness of ground services. An active TS/SCI with poly is required for consideration.

You will collaborate with Government leads, SETA teammates, and contractors to drive technical oversight, manage risks, and deliver high-quality engineering products in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• BS + 9+ years, MS + 7+ years, or PhD/JD + 4+ years in a related field.
• 2+ years GEOINT ground processing experience.
• Experience with GEOINT systems, architectures, mission processing.
• Knowledge of IC/DoD acquisition processes and program management.
• Independent, multi-tasking, high-quality engineering delivery.

Responsabilités

• Oversee end-to-end GEOINT ground mission threads across programs.
• Baseline GEOINT ground capabilities: requirements, CONOPS, interfaces.
• Provide technical oversight of contractor development and verification.
• Analyze workflows, identify gaps, and improve throughput and automation.
• Support technical reviews, tests, and readiness milestones.
• Track baselines, schedules, risks, and cost drivers across the Ground Enterprise.
• Conduct trade studies and shape future GEOINT ground architectures.
• Assess impacts to cost, schedule, performance and risk.
• Review contractor artefacts for feasibility and alignment.
