Job summary

Comgent is seeking a Generative AI Specialist to lead the first phase of an AI pilot initiative. You will train users on Generative AI fundamentals, develop practical training materials, and support daily use of approved AI tools, including Copilot where relevant.

You will identify practical use cases, collect feedback, and assess productivity gains. Emphasis on responsible AI, confidentiality, data protection, and collaboration with IT and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Practical knowledge of Generative AI tools and prompting techniques.
• Experience training or supporting business users.
• Ability to explain AI concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Understanding of responsible AI, confidentiality and data protection.
• Ability to work with IT and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Train users on Generative AI fundamentals and prompting best practices.
• Create practical training and communication materials.
• Support users in day-to-day use of approved AI tools.
• Identify practical use cases for Generative AI across the organization.
• Collect user feedback and adoption blockers.
• Assess productivity gains, time savings and user satisfaction.
• Promote responsible AI usage, including confidentiality and data protection.
• Work with IT to support the pilot and prepare recommendations for future phases.
