Sentior, Ltd. in Paris is seeking a long-term Senior/Lead AI Consultant to drive GenAI enablement across the engineering and product teams on a 1-year contract.

You will integrate tools like GitHub Copilot, Speckit, Claude Code and other GenAI platforms, identify high-value use cases, train teams and promote best practices. The role requires collaborating with CTO/CISO on governance, security and data quality while embedding Spec-Driven Development into delivery.

Qualifications

• Extensive GenAI enablement experience across engineering and product teams.
• Ability to drive adoption and change with CTO/CISO collaboration.
• Experience in governance, data quality and security considerations for AI projects.

Responsabilités

• Integrate GenAI tools into engineering workflows (Copilot, Speckit, Claude Code, etc.).
• Identify high-value GenAI use cases and promote adoption across teams.
• Train teams and develop internal GenAI champions to sustain momentum.
• Define best practices for Spec-Driven Development and governance.
